EUGENE, Ore. – Junior Outside Hitter Cassie Bishop was given an All-Cascade Collegiate Conference Honorable Mention nod as announced by the CCC offices on Monday.

Bishop led the Beacons in 2009 with 269 kills and was tied for the team lead with 34 service aces. She ranked second for NCU with 284 digs. Northwest Christian finished the season with a 1-17 mark in conference play and a 6-21 record overall.

Bishop’s 269 kills were the fourth-highest single-season total in school history. The career total for the junior was boosted to 484, placing her second on the all-time list.
