Sam Robison represented the Northwest Christian University men’s cross country program at the NAIA National Championships on Saturday.
Robison took 89th place overall with a time of 26:28 on an extremely muddy Fort Vancouver course in Vancouver, Washington. He was 14th among athletes from the Cascade Collegiate Conference.
Head Coach Heike McNeil said, “Sam was simply awesome today. I am continually amazed by how he has improved all season long and I can’t wait to see what else he can accomplish during the track season this spring.”
CCC Champion Southern Oregon, who was the #1 rated team in the NAIA coming in, took third place. The men’s national championship was won for the third straight year by Malone University (Ohio).
